Our Founder

Osman Dumbuya was born in Sierra Leone and arrived in Germany without his parents at a young age. In an unfamiliar world, Osman learned early on to push beyond his limits. His visionary thinking and courage to overcome barriers shape Incari’s company culture and are evident in every aspect of our work.

Incari is nothing without its exceptional team. Currently, we have over 60 employees based primarily at our Berlin headquarters, with additional offices in South Africa and France. Team culture is important to us, which is why we regularly organize team lunches and other events, such as our annual hackathon.

Our Office

In the heart of Berlin, at Potsdamer Platz in the Mitte district, is our company headquarters. You won’t need a car to get to work – various public transportation options are close by. Our loft-style office space is large and bright. During lunch breaks, a lounge area with a kitchen invites relaxation. Outside, Europe’s largest food court is nearby, or you can choose from the many cafes and restaurants in the area.
