Incari GmbH, formerly CGI Studio GmbH, began its journey in Berlin in May 2011. Founded by CEO Osman Dumbuya, the venture was later joined by partners Alexander Grasse, Abdallah Huballah, and Nils Remus.
This Berlin-based company has assembled a team of young yet highly experienced developers, technical artists, and engineers dedicated to innovating in Human-Machine Interface (HMI) technologies. Incari’s headquarters are in Berlin, with additional offices located in Poland and South Africa.
Its development platform, Incari Studio, streamlines HMI development, allowing designers and engineers to work together to create HMIs in a swift, efficient, and cost-effective manner. A 3D-first and no-code strategy makes technological advancement more approachable than previously imagined.

Introducing the core leadership of Incari, a team of pioneers who joined forces to redefine human-machine interface development. Osman Dumbuya established our roots in 2015 with CGI Studio, which later transitioned into Incari. Alexander Grasse, Abdallah Huballah, and Nils Remus each bring their specialized expertise to the company, shaping Incari’s innovative edge in the industry. Since 2023, Niklas Spiegel joins of the management.

Osman Dumbuya, CEO & Founder
Osman Dumbuya, Founder and CEO of Incari, has been reshaping the HMI landscape since founding his first company, PI-VR, in 2008. Specializing in real-time visualization technology for the automotive industry, PI-VR’s success led to its acquisition by Autodesk. In 2011, Osman established CGI Studio GmbH to offer specialized integration services. His strategic vision and innovative leadership have continued to drive Incari forward since its rebranding in May 2021.

Alexander Grasse, Chief Product Officer
Alexander Grasse, currently the Chief Sales Officer at Incari, has dedicated over eight years to pioneering HMI solutions and has been a part of Incari since its founding in 2015. His previous roles such as product line manager at Autodesk underscore his expertise in automotive visualization and product innovation.

Abdallah Huballah, Chief Technology Officer
Abdallah Huballah, Chief Tech Officer at Incari, brings a comprehensive tech background spanning over eight years. His expertise is further demonstrated by his tenure as Engineering Director and his contributions.

Nils Remus, Chief Operating Officer
Nils Remus acts as the Chief Operations Officer of Incari, where his vast experience in procurement and IT, including strategic roles at Zalando SE and Autodesk, empowers him to optimize operations. His diverse expertise significantly enhances Incari’s operational excellence. Remus joined Incari in September of 2021.
